When you learn how to eat and live in a way that is supportive for autoimmune ... from a place of knowledge and empowerment ... that's when you learn to thrive, and not feel like you're always reacting to your health.
The membership is intended to complement medical treatment and/or functional medicine/naturopathic recommendations (not replace them). The purpose is to create a sense of community and collaboration through education so, we (as women) can support each other and our families in our healing journeys.

We're combining breath, body and nutritional support by experts with experience in serving autoimmune, pain and inflammation under one roof. This is a passion focused mission for my entire team.

Founding members will have the opportunity to lock in at a founders price of $47 Canadian per month (~$38 USD/month).
In exchange, we ask for a three month commitment and monthly feedback so we can continue to improve membership content, plus testimonials we can use in future communications when we re-open enrolment in the fall.

WHO ARE THE PROFESSIONALS BEHIND THE COLLECTIVE?
This passion-driven project is the heartfelt brainchild of Vanessa Bond (certified nutritional practitioner and AIP coach).
Vanessa is the mom of an autoimmune teen with a rare rheumatic auto-inflammatory condition called CRMO (it’s similar to RA or JIA except it attacks the long bones of kids). Holistic nutrition and the strategies she is sharing in this membership were key in changing the trajectory of her daughter’s health. When her child was able to reclaim her health, she made a promise to her family, God and the Universe that she would pay things forward, so here we are.
Vanessa brings 10 years of client experience, including working at naturopathic clinics. For the past three years her business has been dedicated to women, men and children (like you) with inflammation.
Frustrated by the lack of affordable options for professionally-guided care, Vanessa decided to partner with other like-minded professionals to combine expertise and serve a greater purpose.

Loraine Burt, BA, is a Certified Yoga Instructor (Esther Myers Yoga Teacher Training Program), children’s author (Unicorn Caitie), mom to two amazing young adults, and a Toronto school board approved instructor. With a background in HR, her passion is helping women and families live more healthy and productive lives.
Kristin Wedding, MA, is the CEO of Vyana Wellness & Yoga, a Certified Wellness Coach, Registered Yoga Teacher, and Pause Breathwork Facilitator. She has been living well with multiple sclerosis and chronic pain for 10 years. In her own experience and after working with hundreds of autoimmune women, she believes stress is one of the biggest root drivers of autoimmune and its physical, mental, and emotional symptoms. Kristin’s expertise developing yoga and breathwork practices for autoimmune, stress, and trauma combined with her role as a busy mom AND thriving with MS is a special combination that is hard to find in the autoimmune community.
WHEN WILL NEW CONTENT APPEAR?
New content will be refreshed the first week of the month, including handouts, podclasses and video demonstrations.
Group coaching calls will be communicated and scheduled in advance, with ongoing support occurring all month long.
WHAT RESULTS CAN I EXPECT?
Results vary from person to person. The IMPORTANT focus (and why this membership was created) was to provide focus, community and motivation so you can learn tools to apply to your own life - and stick with them.
WILL THIS MEMBERSHIP PROVIDE 1:1 ADVICE?
The membership provides educational materials, tools and guidance on how to implement nutrition, breath and body support. If you feel you need 1:1 support and customization, you can work with any of our experts independently.
WHAT IS THE COST?
The founding member cost is $47 Canadian per month (~$38 USD/month), and as a founding member, you lock into this price for lifetime. You can pay through most major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. At this time, we do not accept HSA/FSA cards.
IS THERE A VIP OPTION?
We hope so in the future. Your participation in the founding membership is the first step and will help determine what that looks like.
In the meantime, if you require additional 1:1 support for your health goals, you can work with any of our experts independently.
IS THERE A “CONTRACTUAL PERIOD”?
You can cancel at any time. For this foundational group (in exchange for an exclusive rate and lock in guarantee) – we kindly ask you stick around for the first three months. Note: When you pause or cancel, you will lose access to your membership materials.
WHAT IS THE CANCELATION POLICY?
We totally understand if you decide this is no longer for you. You can cancel up to 5 business days before the end of each month through your membership profile. When membership is cancelled, you will lose access to all membership materials and trainings as well as your founding member rate.
WHAT IF I DON'T WANT TO DO BOTH YOGA AND NUTRITION?
The beautiful part of this membership is that you can pick and choose what suits you best ... whether you choose to focus on creating a supportive movement practice one month and then bite into nutrition the next. You're in driver's seat and we are here to support you.
